By creating an account, accessing, or using 1SocialSnap ("Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using 1SocialSnap and terminate your account.

To access our social media automation features, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.

• •You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• •You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• •You are fully liable for all activities occurring under your account.
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

Subject to these Terms, AarMarks Media Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 1SocialSnap for your personal or commercial social media management needs.

• → You agree to use 1SocialSnap only for lawful purposes in accordance with all applicable laws.
• → You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from 1SocialSnap.
• → Workspace team members must adhere to assigned permissions and workspace guidelines.
• → We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of 1SocialSnap at any time.

1SocialSnap integrates with official third-party social media platform APIs (including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok).

You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the content, images, graphics, videos, captions, and text you upload or publish using 1SocialSnap.

• •Your License to Us: You grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to deliver our services.
• •Our Intellectual Property: 1SocialSnap, logos, trademarks, code, and UI design are owned exclusively by AarMarks Media Pvt. Ltd.

1SocialSnap offers free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro).

• •Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring basis.
• •Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe).
• •Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Dashboard → Billing. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
• •Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated in specific promotion terms.

When using 1SocialSnap, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• •Publishing automated spam, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• •Violating intellectual property rights or copyright laws of third parties.
• •Attempting to bypass platform rate limits, security filters, or access controls.
• •Using 1SocialSnap to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful scripts.
• •Reselling or sublicensing 1SocialSnap accounts without explicit written authorization.
• •Engaging in automated scraping or unauthorized data harvesting.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use 1SocialSnap will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1SocialSnap is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AarMarks Media Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, performance, or uninterrupted service.
